Your order is sent by Postnord who delivers in 1-4 business days within the Nordic countries & about 10 days to other EU countries.

Return & Refund

YDY has a 7-day return policy from the time you have received your order. We require that the items are in the same condition as when you received them. YDY is not responsible for the return shipping cost. When we have received the items in return, a refund will be made to your account. Does not apply to items on sale!

If you have received a damaged product, please contact YDY via the website's form. Send a picture of the damage and an explanation of what happened, and I will get back to you shortly.
