All YDY earrings are created by hand which means that every single piece is unique. They are sisters, not twins.
Please avoid to shower or bathe wearing the earrings, to make them last in good condition.
YDY is a one-woman company. Therefore, I ask you to respect the estimated time it takes me to create, pack and deliver your order.

YDY aims to ship your products within 3 business days. Please bear in mind that it may take longer at times. Your order is sent by Postnord who delivers in 1-3 business days within the Nordic countries and 10 days within the rest of EU.
RETURN
YDY has a 10-day return policy from the time you have received your order and requires that the items are in the same condition as when you received them. YDY is not responsible for the return shipping cost. When I have received the items in return, a refund will be made to your account. Does not apply to items on sale!
If you have received a damaged product, please contact YDY via the website's form. Send a picture of the damage and an explanation of what happened, and I will get back to you shortly.
